The workshop enables MCRC to spread awareness of the Marine Corps' purpose, values and service opportunities to those educators who are engaged in supporting the future of their students. U.S. Marine Corps Brig. Gen. James A. Marine Corps Partners with USA Wrestling
U.S. Marines and USA Wrestling partnered to host the Junior & 16U National Championships, in Fargo, N.D., on July 14-23, 2023. The Marine Corps' partnership with USA Wrestling started in 2017 as a way for Marines to develop new relationships with wrestling coaches. These partnerships ensure the coaches of the next generation of Marines are aware of Marine Corps opportunities, provide advocacy and support recruiter access to prospective audiences, which is critical to our nation's defense. Marine Corps' First Partnership with SHAPE America
U.S. Marines with Marine Corps Recruiting Command and Martial Arts and Fitness Readiness Center of Excellence attended the SHAPE 2023 Convention at Seattle, Wash., on March 30, 2023. The Society of Health and Physical Educators (SHAPE) has created programs and resources to increase advocacy toward support to an inclusive, active, kinder, and healthier school culture. Marine Corps Recruiting Command initiated a partnership with the organization in 2023. The marketing partnership includes multiple engagement opportunities including speaking engagements, workout sessions, and an engagement booth to enable Marines to engage educators and coaches to discuss aligned values, workshop opportunities and options to continue developing relationships locally through the influencer program.
