Lance Cpl. Devin Allen, an intelligence specialist with Marine Corps Forces Reserve and full-time student at the University of North Texas is awarded the Commandant's Award Nov. 11, 2017. The award is the highest honor a Marine Corps officer candidate can receive and is given to the top graduate of the Platoon Leaders Course's six-week long summer training program at Officer Candidate School.
