Commandant of the Marine Corps General Robert B. Neller and Col. Julie L. Nethercot stand at attention as the graduates of Officer Candidate Class 222 render honors to Neller during an Officer Candidates School graduation ceremony aboard Marine Corps Base Quantico, Va., Aug. 6, 2016. Candidates who graduated with OCC-222 were apart of the largest OCS graduating class since 2009. Nethercot is the commanding officer of OCS. Neller was the observing officer for the ceremony.
