Commandant of the Marine Corps, Gen. Robert B. Neller, presents Staff Sgt. Francisco Soto, recruiter from Recruiting Sub Station Granada Hills, with his challenge coin, Nov. 6, 2015, after winning recruiter of the year for the Western Region. The commandant flew in to Los Angeles to attend the Reagan National Defense Forum, and upon landing at the Camarillo airport, he recognized the Marines for their hard work and dedication in recruiting efforts.
