Col. Julie Nethercot shows retired Lt. Col. Bill Quigley a display recognizing him for designing The Quigley, an obstacle course he created 48 years ago, during his visit to Marine Corps Base Quantico, Sept. 22. To this day, all Officer Candidate School students face The Quigley during their journey molding them into officers of Marines. Nethercot is the commanding officer of OCS aboard MCB Quantico.
