SEATTLE -- Service members from western Washington State line the base paths during the opening ceremonies of a Seattle Mariners' Salute to Armed Forces game at Safeco Field here, April 19, 2015. The event included the presentation of commemorative plaques to senior military leaders, a joint-service color guard and flag presentation, military band performances and ceremonial first pitches thrown out by members of each service.
