Mark Brilakis, commanding general, Maring Corps Recruiting Command (MCRC), speaks with a Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps (JROTC) cadet during the Black Engineer of the Year Awards (BEYA) youth mentorship seminar here, Feb. 6.
