Cpl. Britny L. Brown, 12th Marine Corps District Headquarters, separations chief, receives a certificate of commendation from Brig. Gen. James W. Bierman, commanding general of Marine Corps Recruit Depot (MCRD) San Diego and Western Recruiting Region, for her outstanding performance as a non-commissioned officer (NCO) of Marines. Brown was recently announced NCO of the Quarter for MCRD San Diego for her distinguished leadership amongst her fellow Marines.
