U.S. Marine Corps Brig. Gen. James W. Bierman Jr., commanding general of Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego and the Western Recruiting Region, speaks to the Marines of Marine Corps Recruiting Station Phoenix, atop the more than 2,600-foot summit of Piestewa Peak in Phoenix, Feb. 4, 2014. This concluded a two-day visit by Bierman, in which he visited with R.S.
