Kyle Mcatee, a logistics officer with Headquarters and Service Battalion, Western Recruiting Region, during a blood drive in memory of Lyanna Fernandez at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, Oct. 7, 2020. Fernandez was diagnosed with Leukemia July 17, 2019 and passed away two months before her second birthday.
