MARINE CORPS BASE QUANTICO, Va. — Midshipman Meatrice Starr maneuvers through an obstacle course during her participation in the Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps (NROTC) Scholarship Program at Savannah State University (SSU) in Savannah, Ga.
