NEW YORK CITY – Master Gunnery Sgt Eric R. Miller signs the newly created Constitution of the Gray Beards Society at the National 8412 Gray Beards Symposium at the Millennium Hilton New York Downtown in New York City, Feb. 21. Marine Corps Recruiting Command (MCRC) conducts annual training to assure the continued professional development of the recruiting force. Part of a Gray Beards’ role is to observe, diagnose, and identify what is needed to help the recruiting force achieve peak total force recruiting performance.
