NEW YORK CITY – Senior Enlisted Career Recruiters (Gray Beards) with Marine Corps Recruiting Command (MCRC) pose for a photo in front of Federal Hall during the National 8412 Gray Beards Symposium in New York City, Feb. 21. Marine Corps Recruiting Command (MCRC) conducts annual training to assure the continued professional development of the recruiting force.
