Staff Sergeant Fernando Castro, a drill instructor with Recruit Training Regiment, instructs attendees on the initial phone call of Marine Corps Recruit Training during the Educators Workshop aboard Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island, South Carolina, Feb. 21, 2018. These educators traveled from Recruiting Station (RS) Atlanta and RS Jacksonville to experience the workshop.
