Corporal Joshua Russo, All-Marine wrestler, presents the Outstanding Lightweight wrestler award to Lokahi Tonge, Elk Grove High School, for a dominating performance at the Tim Brown Memorial Tournament at Memorial Auditorium in Sacramento, Jan. 14, 2017. The tournament is dedicated to Lance Cpl. Timothy W. Brown, a Sacramento native and former Foothill High School wresters who was killed in action in Al Anbar province, Iraq, on Nov. 15, 2006, while serving as an infantryman with 2nd Battalion, 3rd Marine Regiment.
