Lt. Gen. Ronald L. Bailey speaks to the importance of Marine recruiting efforts, the importance of Marine Week to the Corps and his gratitude toward Nashville's hospitality and support during the Community Leaders Reception at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum in Nashville, Tenn., Sept. 6, 2016. The reception is held to increase access to diverse community leaders, support Recruiting Station Nashville's recruiting mission and generate excitement for Marine Week, preceding the start of the event Sept. 7, 2016. Marine Week, an annual event held in a different city each year, is a celebration of Community, Country and Corps that allows the public to learn about the Corps through hands-on static displays, live demonstrations, time-honored Marine Corps traditions, musical performances and more. Bailey is the Deputy Commandant for Plans, Policies and Operations.
