IRVINE, Calif. – Sergeant Major Jason A. Politte, Marine Corps Recruiting Station Orange County sergeant major, delivers the Marine Corps colors to Maj. James P. Dollard, outgoing commanding officer, during a change of command ceremony, July 1, 2016.
