Anene Ejikeme assists Amy Stefan with a kevlar before they begin the Leadership Reaction Course at Officer Candidates School aboard Marine Corps Base Quantico, Va., June 21 for the 2016 Key Leaders and Educators Workshop. Until the workshop ends June 24, it includes events such as infantry patrolling, flight simulations and many others in order to provide educators a robust understanding of what goes into making Marine officers. The workshop creates a mutually beneficial relationship between educators and the Marine Corps where key leaders and educators can share knowledge about the Corps to students based on firsthand experience. Ejikeme is a history professor at Trinity University in Antonio, Texas. Stefan is a career coach from Montana State University in Bozeman, Mt.
