Timothy Donovan leads his squad in a patrol during the 2016 Key Leaders and Educators Workshop aboard Marine Corps Base Quantico, Va., June 9. The purpose of the workshop is to show educators the benefits of serving in the Marine Corps, enabling them to provide guidance based on firsthand experience to their students. Donovan is a paramedic instructor for the National Medical Education and Training Center in Bridgewater, Mass.
