Staff Sgt. Nancy Wright (far left), and Lt. Col. Jenifer Nothelfer (middle left) speak with two attendees at the 2016 Women in Aviation International Symposium in Nashville, Tenn., March 10. This event gives Marines an opportunity to engage with young men and women who are interested in aviation careers and to let them know the Marine Corps is a viable option for them. Wright currently serves as the officer selection officer assistant, Recruiting Station Atlanta. Nothelfer currently serves as the recruiting support officer, Recruiting Station Des Moines.
