PORT HUENEME, Calif., - A poolee with Recruiting Station Los Angeles low crawls under teammates during an obstacle course competition at Port Hueneme, Calif., May 16. During the annual Los Angeles games, young men and women from 15 recruiting substations compete against each other for the winning title. More than 600 poolee in the Marine Corps' Delayed Entry Program, participated in the games where drill instructors came to help "motivate" the participants. For most of the poolees, this was their first experience with drill instructors, who they will soon be living with during their 13 weeks of recruit training.
