Gunnery Sgt. Tawanda Hanible, diversity operations chief, Marine Corps Recruiting Command, is presented the Major Megan McClung Leadership Award by Coast Guard Rear Admiral Cari B. Thomas (left) and Maj. Gen. Angela Salinas, director, Manpower Management Division, during the Joint Womens Leadership Symposium at the Gaylord National Resort and Conference Center today. The Major Megan McClung Leadership Award, named after the first female Marine officer killed in Iraq, recognizes Marines who display 'inspirational, innovative and imaginative leadership.'
