Brig. General James B. Laster, commanding general of Eastern Recruiting Region, speaks to future Marines, soon to embark to Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island, S.C., at a visit to Recruiting Station Frederick, Md., 4th Marine Corps District, here Thursday. Laster spoke to recruiters in addition to his visit at the RS as he traveled to a recruiting sub-station to visit the front lines of recruiting.
