Brigadier Gen. Joseph L. Osterman, commanding general, Marine Corps Recruiting Command, presents the Officer Selection Officer of the Year award to Capt. Gregory J. Eichmann, OSO, officer selection station San Diego, during the 2012 OSO Conference at the National Conference Center, Monday. During the conference, OSOs received training to aid them in the year to come, in addition to being awarded for accomplishments during fiscal year 2011.
