The MCFTB Program is designed to enhance and support the Unit, Personal, and Family Readiness Program by providing relevant and standardized family readiness training to Marines and their family members; thereby reinforcing the pillars of Marine total Fitness, sustaining a constant state of person and family readiness for a lifetime, and ultimately enhancing unit mission readiness.

We provide a wide variety of LifeSkills courses including Developing Healthy Blended Families, Building Lasting Relationships, Interpersonal Communication, Conflict Management, 4 Lenses, The Five Love Languages, Basic Stress Management, Social Networking Safety, Safe and Sound at Home, Family Care Plan, Emergency Preparedness, among others. The Command can schedule these courses directly with the District's MCFTB Program Trainer.

12th Marine Corps District provides a Recruiting 101 for Spouses, and Strong Marine Corps on Recruiting Duty course. The Command can schedule either of these courses for their RS with the MCFTB Program Trainer.
