Master Sgt. The NTT utilized this online program to create the virtual classroom and library in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic so they could continue training Marine Corps recruiting personnel. Monique RomeroFlores, an officer selection assistant with Recruiting Station Orange County, talks about her decision to become a commissioned officer through the Marine Corps Enlisted Commissioning Education Program (MECEP) on May 19, 2020.
