Sgt. Jesse A. Shockley, a canvassing recruiter with Recruiting Substation Panama City, Recruiting Station Montgomery, helps young men and women join the Marine Corps at Recruiting Substation Panama City, Florida, the RSS where he was recruited, Aug. 14, 2020. Shockley graduated from J. R. Arnold High School in 2012. After eight years of service, he returned to guide the next generation of Marines.
