Nancy Santilli, the principal of Kenston High School in Chagrin Falls, Ohio, waits for the command to sight in on her simulated target during Recruiting Station Cleveland’s Educator Workshop, Jan. 12-15, 2010. Santilli was greatly impressed with the discipline and sense of pride that the recruits learn during boot camp. At the Kenston’s graduation ceremony, she presented the students with a challenge coin, modeled from many Marine Corps challenge coins.
