The former Sludge Disposal Area is located at an inactive sewage treatment plant between Union Creek and multiple oxidation ponds. Metals and TPH have been detected in the soil and may be a source of potential and ecological risks. The North/East/West Industrial Operable Unit Soil, Sediment and Surface Water Record of Decision selected No Action to address the soil contaminants at this site. Since there are no other media of concern, OT010 is effectively closed for budgeting and programming purposes.
